Paula Pulsoni serves as the Vice President, Sales and Services, based in Madrid. Her role encompasses driving operational excellence and continuous improvements across various service lines, including Personalized Supply Chain, Commercial Supply Chain, Clinical Supply Solutions, Comparator Sourcing, Expanded Access, and Lab Logistics.

Paula holds a pharmacy degree from the University of Buenos Aires and an MBA from the University of Warwick. With over 15 years of experience at World Courier, she started as a depot pharmacist and progressed to regional and global positions.

Passionate about sustainability and continuous improvement, Paula has a certificate in Circular Economy and Sustainability Strategies from the University of Cambridge. She is dedicated to advancing business, professional, and personal development in these areas.
