Neil started working in the Pharmaceutical industry in 1994 as a Pharmaceutical Sales representative for Merck Pharmaceuticals, now Merck Serono, launched and ran his own consultancy business for a number of years before in 2013 rejoining Merck Serono as Director of Oncology. In 2015 he joined Sobi (Swedish Orphan Biovitrum) as GM for the UK and RoI and in 2018 he became VP & GM, UK-RoI;Nordics-Baltics. He left Sobi at the end of 2020 joining GenSight Biologics as Country Manager, UK/Ireland to lead the launch of a gene therapy.
Neil is also a founding director of the not-for-profit organisation, Rare Disease Nurse Network and a mentor at START Codon in Cambridge, England.
Neil holds a BSc (Hons) degree from the University of Liverpool, a diploma from the Chartered Institute of Marketing and recently completed studies in Digital Transformation at the University of Cambridge. He lives in St Albans, near London, England.
