Ketki has 10+ years of experience in the development and manufacturing of CAR-T cells for haematological malignancies. Ketki’s team was the first in Europe to launch the first-ever CAR-T cell clinical trial starting from designing the CAR construct to pre-clinical development followed by scale-up of the process and manufacturing for the clinic. Ketki has delivered 4 phase 1/2 clinical trials in CAR-T therapy and is now working towards commercialising CAR-T manufacturing in the UK.
