Kate Fynes

Kate is a CMC consultant at eXmoor Pharma Concepts Ltd, with over 15 years of experience in Research, Process Development and GMP translation within the Cell & Gene Therapy field. She enjoys working with academic and early industry teams to facilitate the translation of disruptive science into robust, clinically and financially viable processes that will directly improve patient outcomes.

She is equally passionate about career development for women and improving female visibility and representation at all stages. As a co-founder of The CGT Circle, their mission is to harness the collective power and experience of women across the Cell & Gene Therapy field. They strive to be accessible, inclusive and, above all, to connect and empower women through building a network of local, community-led events year-round.
