Jessica is a seasoned professional with a strong background in process and analytical development within the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry. Her journey showcases her growth and contributions in various roles, making her a notable figure in the field.

Jessica currently holds the position of Director Process and Analytical Development | Cell Therapy at Catalent Pharma Solutions. In this capacity, she leads teams and initiatives focused on advancing cell therapy processes and analytical techniques. Her experience at Catalent spans several years, progressively moving from roles like Senior Process and Analytical Development Leader to her current leadership position. Her commitment to excellence is evident in her contributions to the development and improvement of processes critical to cell therapy.

Prior to her work at Catalent, Jessica was an integral part of MaSTherCell, where she served as a Production Development Supervisor. She also made significant contributions as a Research Fellow at the Cancer Science Institute of Singapore, studying the relationship between the bone marrow niche and multiple myeloma development.

Jessica’s academic journey includes a PhD in Biomedical and Pharmaceutical Science from Université libre de Bruxelles, where she delved into topics related to stem cell viability and metabolism. Her earlier research experience, including her Master’s Degree Internship at CNRS, honed her expertise in structural study and characterization.
