Jennifer Rabin

Jennifer is an innovative leader with over 25 years of Hematology/Oncology nursing experience in a large academic healthcare setting. Her experience includes management of the Blood and Marrow Collection Program at MedStar Georgetown University Hospital, the largest apheresis and bone marrow collection center in the National Marrow Donor Program® (NMDP) network. She managed the quality and regulatory oversight functions of stem cell collection as well as CGT clinical trial and commercial site onboarding.  

At Deloitte, Jennifer is well versed in launch planning for cellular therapies with a focus on global supply chain, commercial strategy, and digital transformations. She has supported multiple new therapy launches and in both the clinical and commercial CGT space.  

Jennifer also leads Deloitte’s NextGen Therapy Industry Working Group (IWG). The IWG brings Cell and Gene Therapy leaders together to collaborate and share best practices, harmonize industry standards and develop solutions for patients, providers and other stakeholders.
