Christian Chabannon

Christian Chabannon is a Hematologist in training, Head, and QP for the Cell Collection and Cell Processing Facilities at Institut Paoli-Calmettes Comprehensive Cancer Center in Marseille. He is also a Professor of Medicine in Cell Biology at Aix-Marseille Université School of Medicine. Christian Chabannon has a long-standing interest in the development and validation of hematopoietic cellular therapies and their applications in haematology and oncology. He has been active for many years with EBMT, being a past Chair of JACIE, past Chair of the Cellular Therapy & Immunobiology Working Party, a promoter of the GoCART coalition, and is involved in extending the capacity of the EBMT registry to capture long-term follow-up of patients treated with CAR-T Cells in Europe
