1. The winner will be selected at random via Phacilitate’s discretion and will be announced on Wednesday 5th July 2023.
2. If the winner already has a booth contracted, they will be refunded up to the value of the booth only.
3. The prize is only relevant for Advanced Therapies Europe and includes 3x2m booth, x2 staff tickets, access to the showfloor, access to the partnering app, access to the networking events only.
4. The winner upon accepting the prize agrees to pay for stand graphics.
5. The winner upon accepting the prize agrees to provide sufficient insurance cover, or if needed, use the standard EPS insurance that is provided to all our exhibitors at the flat rate.
