Is the accommodation included in the ticket price / How do I book accommodation?

Accommodation is not included in the price of your ticket. However, we have negotiated specially discounted rates at the Royal Lancaster, London. Please click here to view the available rooms.

Please note, discounted rooms are limited and will be allocated on a first come, first serve basis. 

I can’t make the event, can I access the content virtually?

Advanced Therapies Europe is an in-person event.  

Presentation slides are only available to registered delegates. If you have purchased a ticket but can no longer make the event you will receive an email with details about how to download the slides 2 weeks after the event. 

When can I access the event app?

Our event partnering app will launch 4 weeks before the event. Once registered, attendees will receive an email with details on how to login and get set up on the app. 

I have been contacted by some external companies offering to sell lists of the conference attendees along with contact details

This is a scam. Our attendee list is NOT available for sale, neither from ourselves nor via any third parties. Should you wish to establish contact with other attendees prior to or at the event, you are able to do so via the event app, access to which is strictly restricted to attendees. Please be assured that Phacilitate do not, under any circumstances, share the contact details of our customers/delegates with third parties and that all personal data is held securely. If you have any further questions, or are contacted by any third parties purporting to have access to the attendee list, please contact team@phacilitate.com

I work in the media – can I attend?

I cannot attend all days of the conference; can I buy a one-day pass?

One day passes are issued on case-by-case basis based on individual needs. Please contact team@phacilitate.com to discuss your requirements. 

Can I purchase a ticket on the day of the event?

Tickets will be available to purchase on the door, however we offer our best rates in the lead up to the event. It is advised to book in advance to guarantee your place and avoid paying an increased price for your ticket.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Is food included in the ticket price?

Breakfast, lunch and refreshments are included in the price of your ticket. 

I have specific dietary requirements; can these be accommodated?

We endeavor to cater to specific dietary requirements such as vegetarian, halal, gluten free and vegan diets. Please contact team@phacilitate.com if you have any concerns. 

What time does registration open? What are the show hours?

Your badge is available for collection from the registration desk upon arrival at the venue.  

Where can I see a list of companies that are sponsoring/exhibiting at the event?

Is free WiFi available at event?

Free wi-fi is available for all those who attend Phacilitate events. Log in details can be found at the registration desk upon arrival. 

Can you provide me with an invitation letter/attendance certificate?

Yes, we are able to provide invitation letters in support of visa applications. Please email team@phacilitate.com with your request.

Where can I download the presentation slides?

Once the event is closed, you will receive an email from us with a web link to access the available presentation slides. You will need to fill a short post event feedback survey to access these. 

Where can I find my receipt?

Your payment receipt is included in your confirmation email so please check for this email in your inbox. Still can’t find it? Please contact customer.services@clarionevents.com
